Elizabeth Harlow BA CQSW PhD

Elizabeth Harlow has extensive experience and knowledge of the management and development of public and third sector organizations. She appreciates the complexity of these sectors, the emphasis on performance, and the importance attributed to a broad range of stakeholders. With a particular interest in operations and human resources management, she has worked with diverse populations and is sensitive to the personal and organizational issues that might be involved. In addition to having taught, researched and published on the provision of human services, she has trained as a coach in leadership and professional development with the Tavistock Institute. She is a member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council, a qualified social worker registered with the General Social Care Council, a member of the British Association of Social Workers, a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and an Honorary Senior Research Fellow at the University of Salford, UK.
